这主要取决于具体情况。一些内部模组开发者已经进行了两个月的模组制作测试,他们最早的模组至今仍能正常运行。而有些部分则失效得更快一些。
目前由于(代码)变动较大,模组可能会失效。在未来(抢先体验开始3个月后),我们将遵循更严格的弃用策略,以确保模组开发者能更好地做好准备。
此外,我们提供两条更新线:
正式版:推荐玩家游玩的版本,通常被视为"官方"版本。
预发布版:包含即将上线改动的快照版本。对模组开发者和服务器运营者非常有用。
模组开发者可以使用预发布版来检查他们的模组是否需要为即将到来的正式版更新进行调整。

Keep seeing comments and posts about people speculating when we pick up the "new engine" again: We will not. It is 100% abandoned and archived. The "legacy" engine is just the engine now and it will stay the engine.
We can achieve our multi-platforms goals using this engine in the years to come and there no reason for us to drop our engine. We will first focus on bringing multiplayer only to all platforms and by that time, who knows how tech looks like and what resources we have. Adding offline singleplayer - especially with mod support is more of a policy / compliance problem rather than a technological problem.
Bringing singleplayer to other platforms is less of a priority for now as the other challenges are much bigger than singleplayer itself (e.g. UI / UX, Rendering, Controls, Gameplay, Networking, Battery usage, etc. etc.)
Once all these other problems are solved, we can look at offline singleplayer on other platforms and picking one of the many options we have to make that happen.

It highly depends. Some internal modders have been trialing modding for 2 months and are still able to load their mods from day 1. Other things are breaking a bit faster.
Right now as flux is high, mods may break. In the future (3+ months into Early Access) we will adhere to a stronger deprecation policy to ensure that modders are more prepared.
Additionally we ship 2 patchlines:
- Release: The patch that players are recommended to play on and generally considered the "official" version.
- Pre-Release: Our snapshots for upcoming changes. Useful to modders and server operators.
Using Pre-Release modders can check if their mods need adjustments for upcoming release updates.
